Juniper Networks appoints Google engineer Koley as CTO

Juniper Networks has named Google engineer and head of network architecture Bikash Koley as its new CTO, overseeing the company’s critical technology innovations.

Koley, who will join the company in August, brings a wealth of experience in IP and optical technologies to the role, having spent almost a decade in various engineering roles at Google.

Koley will report directly to CEO Rami Rahim, who labelled him "a visionary." Rahim added: "I'm excited to have Bikash help us lead the transformation in the networking industry by delivering innovative products, solutions, and services for network operators around the world."
